Shipping policy

At The Exotics Gallery, each canvas is custom-made to order, ensuring premium quality from start to finish. All printing, stretching, and packaging is done in-house with care.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. If you need to make any changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping Times
Delivery within Canada & the United States typically takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, or unforeseen delays. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Carrier Delays
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays due to strikes, high demand, or other issues. We recommend checking your local carrier’s status for the most up-to-date information.

Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@theexoticsgallery.com. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated throughout the process. Carriers may take time to respond, but we do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly.

Return of Damaged Items
If we request the damaged item be returned, we will cover the return shipping.
