We currently do not offer international shipping.

If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in sellable condition to receive a refund. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

To initiate a return, email support@theexoticsgallery.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@theexoticsgallery.com. On the rare occasion that your print arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please send clear photos of the damaged canvas and the shipping box it arrived in, even if the box shows no visible damage. This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS
If we request the damaged item be returned, we will cover the return shipping.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us right away at support@theexoticsgallery.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to locate your package as quickly as possible.

Our canvases are durable and resistant to scratches, smudges, and fingerprints. For regular maintenance, gently dust the surface with a soft, dry cloth. If deeper cleaning is needed, lightly wipe with a damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture to preserve the print quality.
